1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Vsyble ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Vsyble is a go-to-market platform for researching markets, discovering accounts and buyers, running specialized agents, monitoring signals, and coordinating approved actions across connected business systems. The Service includes but is not limited to:

  • Account and people research
  • Agent workflows and structured outputs
  • Signal monitoring and recommended next actions
  • Workspace, profile, and integration management

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You can create an account using:

  • Email and password registration
  • Google OAuth authentication
  • LinkedIn OAuth authentication

By registering for an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate and current
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Grant us permission to access basic profile information from third-party OAuth providers

4. Workspace Access and Authorized Use

You may access only the workspaces, data, and connected systems that you are authorized to use. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account and organization information
  • Use connected data only for authorized business purposes
  • Respect workspace roles, approvals, and access controls
  • Review agent output before consequential external actions

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
  • Transmitting or posting harmful, threatening, or offensive content
  • Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
  • Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers
  • Using the Service for commercial purposes without permission
  • Harassing, stalking, or threatening other users

6. OAuth and Third-Party Integrations

Our Service integrates with third-party authentication providers to enhance your experience. By using OAuth authentication, you agree to the following terms:

Google OAuth Integration

  • You authorize us to access your basic Google profile information (name, email, profile photo)
  • We will use this information solely for account creation and authentication
  • You can revoke this access at any time through your Google account settings
  • We comply with Google's OAuth API Services User Data Policy

LinkedIn OAuth Integration

  • You authorize us to access your LinkedIn profile information for networking purposes
  • We may use this information to pre-populate your profile and enhance networking features
  • You can control which information is shared and revoke access at any time
  • We comply with LinkedIn's API Terms of Use and User Agreement

Important Terms

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your third-party accounts
  • We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party service disruptions
  • You can disconnect third-party accounts at any time through your account settings
  • Disconnecting OAuth accounts may limit certain features of our Service

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

When using OAuth authentication, you also consent to the collection and processing of data from third-party providers as described in our Privacy Policy and in accordance with the terms of service of those providers.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Vsyble and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

In no event shall Vsyble, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Compliance and Legal Requirements

Our Service complies with applicable laws and regulations, including:

  • Data Protection Laws: GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy regulations
  • OAuth Requirements: Google OAuth API Services User Data Policy and LinkedIn API Terms of Use
  • Educational Privacy: FERPA compliance for educational data

OAuth Verification Requirements

To maintain compliance with OAuth provider requirements, we:

  • Only request necessary permissions for our service functionality
  • Provide clear consent mechanisms and user controls

  • Allow users to revoke access at any time
  • Regularly audit our OAuth implementations for compliance

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
