Zero Breeze needed a way to find and reach more buyers.
Zero Breeze sells cooling and heating products for campers, work trucks, and off-grid spaces. Sean Mathews was looking for manufacturers that could use the products in their builds, along with companies that might become partners.
He had some companies in mind, but lacked contacts on their product development and purchasing teams. Reaching more buyers meant researching other manufacturers, finding the right person at each one, writing the emails, and following up.
Vsyble took on end to end gtm motion building out ICP profiles to add newco. Followed by finding buying intent, qualification, mapping out buying groups, enriching decision makers and handling personalized outbound. When decision makers asked for meetings; Zero Breeze AE's team took over.
Finding companies, then the people who could buy.
Vsyble researched companies that could use or sell Zero Breeze’s products. For its Summit heating and cooling unit, that included compact-camper manufacturers where space and installation choices would matter.
Vsyble then mapped the buying groups within each ICP-fit account, identifying potential champions, evaluators, and decision-makers. This persona mapping helped Zero Breeze understand who could champion its products internally, who would evaluate fit, and who held purchasing authority, so outreach reached the right people across the buying group.
The resulting outreach reached manufacturers of campers, trailers, and modular homes.
Using the research to write the emails.
Vsyble used the company research to prepare emails explaining why Zero Breeze was getting in touch. Zero Breeze’s own email examples and writing guides shaped the wording, and the team could review the drafts before they went out.
One message referred to a modular-home manufacturer’s production plans before introducing Zero Breeze’s heat pump. That gave the recipient a specific application to consider. The company’s CEO replied asking for more details.
For camper manufacturers, the emails considered how a heating and cooling unit might fit into their builds, including the cabin or roof space it could leave available.
Sending the emails and following up.
Vsyble prepared follow-up emails along with the first message and handled the campaign sending and follow-ups. Each sequence stayed with the same product or offer, so the next email continued the original approach.
One camper manufacturer’s owner replied after a follow-up on October 20, asking to see the product.
When someone wanted specifications or had questions about installation, Sean could take over the discussion with the buyer.
An introduction from Worksport’s CEO led to a meeting request.
Sean had already tried to reach Worksport, a Nasdaq-listed manufacturer. He thought its power products could work well with Zero Breeze’s cooling equipment and emailed a collaboration proposal to its team on June 24.
“They didn’t even respond to me in June.”
Worksport’s CEO introduced Zero Breeze to the company’s product development director. On October 20, the director asked Sean to send a meeting invite ahead of SEMA.

The reviewed reply set from October 12–22 contains 21 email conversations. Buyers requested specifications, asked technical questions, involved colleagues, and expressed interest in meeting. The set also includes companies that might reconsider for a future model.
In many cases, buyers asked industry specific questions and brought colleagues into the conversation. Zero Breeze’s sales team could take over with context on each account’s needs and the stakeholders involved.
This motion helped Zero Breeze to add 6x their pipeline even in off season.
